After a series of events in several European countries, the second edition this year of Belgrade's longest-running audiovisual event brings you a guest performance by veterans of experimental electronic and cinematic electroacoustic music, the Timișoara-based project Makunouchi Bento. It will also feature the debut performances of Шестан and Zauvijek Hani, as well as a session with TinnituS, a familiar face in the world of modular synthesizers. Expect a palpable and delicate atmosphere that will fill the Art Bioskop Kolarac venue, accompanied by exceptional short films that are part of this year's lineup.
Live Soundtrack is an event dedicated to film music that, through showcasing rarely seen works of experimental short films and animation, and by bringing together musicians from electronic, ambient, and electro-acoustic circles, has become a continuous source of support for the independent music and film scene over 70+ events (2014–2023). In 2023, Live Soundtrack launched a new season of events, featuring films selected via the FilmFreeway platform, and this year, it is also taking place across Europe.
The program will be presented by the curator of the Live Soundtrack cycle, Marko Milićević.
